Safety at Bellaviva Nail Bar

As we all enter this new normal together, it is our priority to keep everyone safe at Bellaviva. We have designed new protocols to keep everyone safe as possible.
Below are practices we have in place at Bellaviva for everyday Safety & Sanitation
1. All tools & implements are washed and disinfected with an EPA approved hospital grade bactericidal, virucidal and fungicidal and as a final step, put through our steam sterilizer
2. We clean all service stations and other hard surfaces with this and other disinfectants after every service and point of contact
3. Our team washes their hands between every client and wears gloves for each service
4. Our towels are washed and dried at the highest level of heat-temperatures which are high enough to kill bacteria, fungus and common viruses
5. Hand sanitizers is used on both our team and clients in every service. They are available throughout the nail bar for use.
6. Bellvaiva Nail Bar is cleaned each night in preparation for the next day's services.

Limit Contact
Limiting contact- Our check in and check out process involves little to no contact.
Contactless Payments
Contactless payment- Pre-payment and apple pay are available. We will not be accepting cash for services at this time. However, there will be envelopes available for cash tips for our technicians that customers can utilize. Also, you can utilize Venmo or Zelle for payments and tips.
Protective Gear
Each technician will have access to masks and gloves. Each manicure, pedicure station and our front desk have acrylic partition (sneeze guards) to protect everyone.
Hand Santizers
We have ready available hand sanitizers at the entrance of Bellaviva. Easy access for when clients arrive and leave the Nail Bar.
50% Capacity
We are limited the number of guests and team within the nail bar to manage spacing and safety protocols.
Symptom Free
We ask that all guests and team members arrive at Bellaviva free of any symptoms. It may be: fever, cough, shortness of breath, etc.
Masks are a Must
All clients must wear a face mask. If you arrive without a face mask, we will have disposable ones available for use.
Appointments Only
We ask for appointments at this time. Please book through our website or through the app Fresha.
BYOB + Reading Material
We will not be servicing beverages or magazines at this time to eliminate any potential transfer of germs. Please feel free to bring your own!
20 Seconds or More
We ask all guests to use our hand washing station upon entry into the nail bar.
